During a workshop on the new edition of Preparation for Total Consecration that took place at the St. Louis de Montfort Center in Bay Shore, NY, a series of videos were produced that provide a guided tour of the new book. Do you have any pre 1940s version of the Preparation in good old English language? Also is there a Latin version? We need this for our Extra-ordinary liturgy parish. Many thanks.
We do not have any pre-1940s editions available. Consecration materials have never been produced in Latin. Just like the original outline of the preparation process in Fr. de Montfort’s writings which were written in French, the consecration materials that have been produced after his death have all been produced in the vernacular.
Last March I gave a retreat on Total Consecration to Legion of Mary members and parishioners at an Extra-Ordinary Liturgical Form Parish in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. The new materials were very well received.
